For us, turning out the perfect fish and chips is a labour of love.
First, there’s the produce – we buy daily and often go directly to the fishermen so the fish we serve you is the freshest it can be. And not only do we offer responsibly sourced favourites, like cod and haddock, but also specialities such as monkfish, Cromer crab and Maldon oysters.
To get the absolute best flavour, we like to do things by hand. That’s why we peel and cut our own chips, make our own special-recipe beer batter, plus a whole range of delicious condiments and Mrs Sutton’s famous pickled quail eggs, red onion rings and balsamic baby shallots.
And because we’re a licensed premises, you can choose to pair your fish and chips with one of our hand-selected craft beers, a crisp glass of wine, or even a mini-bottle of prosecco.
